As you can see we now have our new website up and running, which we hope you all enjoy as much as we do!!! We hope you will find it a little easier and quicker to use and navigate around. You will notice we now take all payments via debit or credit card meaning you know your dogs holiday dates are secure quicker!

You may also have noticed our change of logo from our little Cocker one to our larger clearer version. We wanted to reassure you we are still the same dog mad people just with a new logo and website; you could say we’ve been given a makeover!!!

Due to continued demand we are looking for like minded, dog mad franchisees to help us offer our loving alternative to kennels across a wider area. In the past we have had owners travelling from as far as Scotland and Wales to use our carers so we’d like to offer them our services closer to home. We will keep you all informed as and when we introduce a new member of the Wagging Tails family.

All of our forms are now automated so no more relying on the postal service to send your dog’s holiday dates! You will also notice we now take all payments via debit or credit card meaning you know your dogs holiday dates are secure quicker! You must still contact Lisa at head office, or when the time comes your local Wagging Tails, who will advice you on availability before completing the paperwork. The deposit will be taken once you have submitted the paperwork and the remaining balance will automatically be deducted 7 days prior to your dog’s holiday. We hope you’ll agree this will be one less thing you’ll have to think about in the run up to your holiday and another way we can help make the process of boarding your best friend an easy and happy experience!!!

We are very pleased to introduce Bailey who we have recently taken on. He will be 6 in May and is enjoying playing big brother to Izzie! He’s settling in to his new home and enjoying his long daily walks in the New Forest.

Izzie has really enjoyed the past month, not only has she now got Baileys company but she’s loved all the rain we’ve had. It really has been Golden Retriever heaven as far as she’s concerned!!! The streams have broken their banks which mean more water to swim in!!! She’s been trying to convince Bailey that the water is fun but he’s yet to be convinced and is defiantly a fair weather dog!!!

Izzie really enjoyed her holiday with us at the end of January to Norton St Philip in Somerset. She had a lovely couple of days enjoying exploring Mells, Wells and the Mendip Hills and then lying in front of a roaring fire in the local pubs.

Izzie is looking forward to Ellie and Libby coming to stay later this month and introducing her two favourite Goldie’s to Bailey!!!

A truly warm welcome awaits you and your dog at the Sir Walter Tyrrell in Brook near Lyndhurst. After a walk around the surrounding forest, which you can make as long or short as your dogs legs would like, it’s great to be welcomed into this traditional forest pub for refreshments. We’ve enjoyed a lovely meal here after a long walk with Izzie who enjoyed snoozing in front of the fire.

A must for everyone on two feet and four paws in this area!!!!
