Thank you for your kind letter and the photos of Ziggy and Poppy on their holiday with Gillian.
 
Please pass on our thanks to her and her family. The dogs seemed to have enjoyed their holiday as much as we did! It is so much more pleasant to leave them with kind people who will spoil them as we do. I used to walk away feeling guilty about going away on holiday and leaving them in kennels where I knew they were not really happy.
 
Both Ziggy and Poppy have come home happy, relaxed and not at all stressed, which is wonderful. Both the last board with Gillian and her family and the previous one with Sheila and Ben were completely sucessful.

We hate the idea of leaving Amber our (now 20 month old) German Shepherd in kennels.  She is such a loving dog who likes to be around people (and other dogs!) and the idea of her being shut up for a long period is not something we would entertain.

We were delighted to discover Wagging Tails which we have now used on 3 occasions for short breaks and long holidays. Our thanks go to Lisa & Jim, Pete & Gill and Ron & Wendy for looking after Amber so well.

On every occasion, Amber has enjoyed her holiday as much as we have enjoyed ours. She seems to settle really quickly (the “sniffing out” meeting is a great idea) and has clearly enjoyed some fabulous walks in places she wouldn’t normally get to. She always returns happy and exhausted with some great holiday photo’s (another nice touch).

We would highly recommend Wagging Tails and their great network of carers.

Thank you for linking us up with Eva Perry and her husband Chris.

Cara had a wonderful few days with her and was reluctant to come away. Obviously all the love and attention that was lavished upon Cara, not to mention tummy tickles, paid dividends. I know from her whole demenour that she had a wonderful time, as did we in Paris knowing that Cara was being well looked after. I would have no hesitation in placing Cara with Eva again.

Just a quick word of thanks for organising the boarding of 'the girls' Lela and Sasha with Chris and Alan. This was the first time they had been away from us and Lela cried the first night - but they quickly settled in and had a lovely time.

I am so relieved that they will be well looked after when we go on holiday in September.

Eva and Chris are such lovely people and you can see straight away how much they love dogs.
My two made themselves so at home you would have thought it was their own house!!

A really marvellous home from home/ adventure holiday for dogs.  Really lovely caring people + their very friendly spaniel Molly. Big secure garden, local woodland walks. Outstanding five star environment. Easy to reach by car or train. Roo had a wonderful time and will be going back shortly.

Just a note to say thanks so much for looking after Chops for us whilst we were on holiday.  It was good to know he was being looked after and cared for in the manor he's accustomed to at home and this obviously meant we had peace of mind and could enjoy our holiday too!

We would like to thank you for a great easy service and for introducing us to Wendy and Terry. We knew from the moment we met them our dogs would be well cared for, and it was a lovely feeling going away not worrying about their welfare.

Having had bad experiences with kennels in the past it was great collecting our dogs in the same condition as we left them (if not happier!!!).

Will be in contact when booking our future holidays.

Thank you for your sorting the accomodation with Carol and George for our dog, Darcy.
 
We went off and had a lovely time, knowing that Darcy was in the best of hands. Darcy can be a bit of an odd-ball because of her past, but she is a loving hound, and if Carol and George walked through the door right now, there would be a frenzy of greeting. They say dogs can tell about people and Carol and George are the best.
 
Thank you for your care and attention, it was a perfect match, and we would not hesitate to come back to Carol and George.

Hi Lisa,
 
We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Pete and Gill for looking after Ruby between 14th and 23rd May.
 
This was the 3rd time Ruby had stayed with them - the first 2 times being short stays as a run-up to the 10 days more recently.  She was extremely happy and well cared for each time, and we really didn't have any concerns or anxiousness whilst we were away (apart from obviously missing her to bits!).
 
Pete and Gill seem to have just the right temperament and are very knowledgeable about caring and exercising dogs - we wouldn't hesitate in recommending their help to others.
