Thank you for matching Harley and Brae with Gillian. I knew straight away at the sniffing out meeting that they were going to be content. As they are 11 years old, I needed to be sure that the boys would receive their usual creature comforts and routine but also be with a confident carer who could deal with Brae's idiosyncrasies. Gillian was perfect. In fact, when I picked them up, the greeting was lacklustre to say the least! They certainly didn't race to get into the car, as they had raced to get into Gillian's house!! With another booking already made, I'm sure the boys can't wait until their next holiday.

I wanted to say a big thank you for recommending Wendy to look after Freddy while we visited Warsash for the day with our son Jake.

We were a little apprehensive leaving Freddy with someone as he was only 5months old and because of the journey from Manchester the day before, however I need not have been concerned as Freddy liked Wendy instantly and made him self at home straight away. Wendy was really nice and told us not to rush back as were going to eat out before putting our son Jake back on the train to Manchester which I thought was really nice of her.

When Jake and I collected Freddy from Wendy and her husband we were laughing saying what a traitor he is as he didn't want to come from under her table he was very settled (as detailed in the photo's you sent) ! So thanks to you for organising it and a big thanks to Wendy who we would definitely recommend to anyone.

If we find ourselves visiting Southampton again maybe for a cruise we will defiantly be in touch and would like Wendy to take care of our precious little Freddy!

'We would like to say a huge thank you to you and especially to Margaret and Brian for taking such great care of Alfie while we were away. We could tell immediately at the 'sniffing out' session that he would enjoy his stay with them, they made him feel at home straight away and when he found a comfy place on the mat in the conservatory we knew where he would be taking his naps!

We went away without feeling guilty and were able to enjoy our holiday without worrying if he was settled. It was quite funny that when we came home he was sound asleep on 'his' mat and actually took a couple of seconds to register we were back!! Thankfully he was still pleased to see us and come home.

Having the photos of Alfie sent to us is a lovely touch, and you can see he obviously had a lovely time. Thank you once again, we would have no hesitation in recommending you to people and I'm sure will definitely be using 'Wagging Tails' again, because I'm sure Alfie misses Margaret and Brian!'
