Cardiff dog boarding franchisee Rhian Sexton with her dog Daisy

From my first contact with Clair from Wagging Tails I felt reassured.

I would have no hesitation in recommending such a wonderful service that Wagging Tails provides.

Thank you Clair and Luna.

Gino enjoying a walk on his South Wales dog boarding holiday

Gino stayed with Rhian and Daisy for 3 nights. He seemed at home as soon as he arrived. He had lots of walks and lots of fun playing with Daisy. I know he enjoyed his holiday as he was sleepy for a couple of days.

I would definitely book Wagging Tails again as I know Gino was very well looked after.

Frank enjoying a walk on his Cardiff dog boarding holiday

We haven't had a dog for many years and now we have Frank who's 6 months old and a very boisterous labradoodle, we have fallen completely in love with him. Our children are grown and left home years ago and so Frank has become our baby.

We began to think we wouldn't be having any more holidays abroad as the thought of him having to go into a kennel was not an option for us. The we heard about Rhian and Wagging Tails. After speaking to Rhian and being completely reassured of the service we took Frank for his 'sniffing out meeting' and met Rhian's dog Daisy who is lovely and very sociable. She wasn't bothered by Frank bouncing around and they played really well together.

It's clear Rhian is crazy about dogs, she really made Frank welcome, asking lots of relevant questions, she even sent photos of him playing to reassure us. Frank has been again recently and was clearly happy. He settled, played and ate his food. He also had a sleep! He'll be going again next month and then for 6 days in April.

I have absolute faith in Rhian, we are happy to leave our special boy with her.

I can't recommend Wagging Tails enough, you can be sure your little boy or girl will receive warm, kind and excellent care.
